Description

Back to my Medeira Photo's, afterall I took 600+ during the 7 day tour. lol. with the patience of Sylvia. This is the opposite side of the Peninsula looking South. A chapel stands high on the hill and the local people bring their brightly decorated fishing boats and parade up to the chapel on festival days. If you have seen my earlier post of here facing North, with the bright blue of the sea upon the colourfull volcanic rocks, it is obvious that it is quite different. However, I thought it worth posting. Hope you like it, and i welcome any comments, Thanks.

I for one would not like to walk from where you took the photo to the chapel and back. Great pov Alan it looks like it is balanced on a mound. Is that just the shadow fronm the clouds or is there some sort of sand bank out to sea? With the haze on the sea it is difficult to tell. Wonderful shot of this unusual place. Bravo!!!!!
