This shot was taken two weeks ago looking out from the top of Dyserth waterfall whilst with Chrissy, aka BibbyBear, and a similar shot also features in her gallery.
Postwork includes a slight alteration of curves and a little dodge and burn on the clouds.
This has been a very sad week for me. My little cat Tigger, that I uploaded a picture of in August, has been very poorly again. Unfortunately the cancer that we hoped she had beaten has returned, and over the past few weeks has spread rapidly. The cancer was caused by the vaccinations that were supposed to protect her from diseases. She has deteriorated so badly over the past week that yesterday we took the painful decission to stop her from getting any worse and have her put to sleep. Tigger was only five years old.

Oh Carl - this is absolutely beautiful and is a true representation of the colours and atmosphere experienced while actually there. The mood in this capture is amazing and I get a sudden rush of emotion as the memory of the moment comes flooding back. This is a beautiful choice of photo to remember lovely little Tigger with and the title compliments both the photo and the sentiment perfectly.
