Description

[best viewed full sized] Dedicated to Chrissy. Taken last weekend at Waterloo Lake, Roundhay near Leeds, West Yorkshire whilst out with Chrissy, aka BibbyBear, on one of our regular shooting trips. The water colour is the original colour and not de-saturated. However the swan looked a dull greyish blue in the fading dusk light, so I brought out its colours more using a merge mask. Thanks for looking and any comments and critique are more than welcome!

Such a beautiful capture of this majestic swan and the lighting and colours are just perfect. I love the way the water is still dripping from the swan's beak and splashing into the water and the graceful tilt of it's head. I love the way you have brought the colours out on the swan too - excellent capture and postwork Carl. And thank you for such a beautiful dedication - this means so much to me, but not as much as you do! I love you babe. xxoxx
