Please pardon my learning process. I think this shot is probably superior to the first. I used Photo Shop Elements 5.0 Quick Fix and saved for web. What do you think?

I really enjoyed the first one and this one is also fabulous. I think the Quick Fix worked well on this. Sometimes it really screws things up but this time it brought all the key elements together, along with you skill, to make a stunning photo.

Thanks, Liz. Ever since we were there I've been puzzling in my head about how to get the flowers to be more vivid in the photo, as they were when we were looking at them for real. You'd think all I'd have to do is point and shoot and it would happen. My question still haunts me, "How do I set my camera so I get the results without the postwork?" It may never be that easy. Maybe it's not supposed to be that easy.

Yup - I agree that this is an improvement. The first one was great, but this one has a bit brighter colors without looking overly-contrasty. (LOL! I believe that would be the technical term for "going too far!") :)
