Great contrast of the browns and the bright vibrant blue with white wispy clouds. I love they way the colors work together in this capture! Thanks for sharing. :o)

Is elevation the same as height above sea level? People usually need oxygen masks at 12,000 feet! So interesting to think of all the uses these stones have been put to and the amount of humans that have clambered over them.

Apparently there was enough oxygen at that altitude for you to take another fabulous shot of those sharp rocks. Of course, with very little oxygen, you're most likely to be stoned, like with alcohol and drugs. In any event, except for the clouds and blue sky, it still looks like the surface of Mars.
