Description

I met Pete and Tom in Prague, spent time with them there, went to Cesky Krumlov with them and had a wild time and essentially started one of those "fellow traveler" friendships that, thankfully, lasts a lot longer. Sometimes you just meet people and click and that's definitely what happened. When this picture was taken, we were probably having an in-depth conversation about beer, and I remember being entranced by the way the light and shadow contrasted so sharply. We were in U Sudu, one of my two favorite bars in Prague, down in the cavernous cellar Pete got a tattoo while in Prague...actually he got two, and now that he's back home in England (and I'm overdue for an extended visit there)he's probably gotten another one, or a touchup. At any rate, he's got skin art as something of a record of his travels. As always, thank you to everyone who views and comments on this, and thank you to everyone who has viewed and commented on my previous posts. Hopefully you enjoy this image as much as I enjoyed being with the more fun than normal guys who inspired this pic and pretended (rather badly) not to notice that I was taking it.
