Description
There was some funny goings on in the foundry whilst I was there. Whilst walking around this open air museum(over a mile long) you meet quite a few people in various establishments. Some of these people are real characters and most have a tale to tell, some of them a little spooky, especially at this time of year. Some times they all meet for a chat and seeing that the foundry was the warmest place, this is where they met.
Just a few faces I bumped into, they were having a suckling pig for supper, can you see it roasting? and Alan watching it doesn't burn? We like the crackling crisp not burnt black. Jeff's in there as well keeping his eye on things.

I have just noticed myself that the center of this mirored image is a fire breathing monster, you can see two blue eyes a V for the nose and the mouth pouring molten metal. NOW THAT IS SCARY!!!

Jeff is top center with the holes in his head and also bottom center right with his tongue out. Alan(artaddict2) is standing on the left with his camera and also bottom center left watching the pig doesn't burn.

A wonderful lighthearted tale and great illustration to go with it. Happy Halloween... will you be going to any bon fires this evening? When my daughter was very young and living in Staffs. she found Halloween to be great because she got to watch things burn. :-)

LOL. Jeff its great. you done a good amount of work on this. I can see bottom of picture-centre below the molten iron, like a macro effect of a Spider with the two front hairy legs etc. creepy stuff especially seeing me there taking a photo from the left, and my scary face in there too, certainly qualify's for Halloween. lol great lot of fun.
