Gosh, this is cool. I've got a couple of spaceship models but I wish I could do spaceships and planets as good as you. I like the limb hazing you got on the planet - makes it look like it's got real atmosphere there. Did you model those big rebel starships or are these the same as the ones available at 3dcafe?

I wanna know this, too :-) Great Textures - very much details; good lighning on the planet, super job!

The ships are from various sources, mostly from scifi3d, they've got some great models there, they also have the textures on the planet, but I spent quite some time improving its look, especially the atmosphere... Actually, I only wanted to make the planet as good as I could but couldn't just leave it without some ships :)

Not trying to be picky here, but if that is indeed Coruscant, you would see a lot more city ligts on the night side of the planet! ;) After all "The entire planet surface is one huge city" (the Naboo pilot in EP I said that)

You are picky ;) There are lots of lights, but you probably wouldn't be able to see them all, besides, the dark areas are cloud covered :) Oh, what about a blackout? There IS a rebel army approaching... Not a good explanation eh, since the entire planet is a city... What about this one: ever since Palpatine became emperor the entire thing became a dark place :)) Anyway, i'm not changing it :)
