Hello, Here's my entry that Won the 'Grand Prize' in the Halloween Contest here.I was/am really suprised and happy to of been selected as a winner from all those 'great entries'.Ive never won a contest before!Thankyou so much:)Im really honered.:) I thought I'd go for the theme Dinner with the Dead from a different angle to what I imagined most artists possibly would go for(zombies at dinner would come to mind firstly to me).I wish everyone who entered all the best if you didnt win this time and goodluck for next. If you did get placed then congrats to you too. May everyone have a great weekend coming. Cal ........................ Head and maggotts modeled in Zbrush3.1 Painted in Zb3.1 Exported image to Cs2 and Psp7 for postwork. Background added last in same programmes.

Hey man, congratulations! I think it's a fine image and an rather interesting take on the theme. Makes me even more glad I didn't enter the contest. Wouldn't have been able to compete. :P Well deserved and enjoy your winnings!!

Screw the nay-sayers. The theme was dinner with the dead & open to interpretation. The maggots are having dinner... on a dead guy. They're just jealous cause they dont have the skills. Congrats on the win man. Well deserved.

dude, this is spectacular. and i think very clever to make the image, the dinner! very witty. of course you deserved to win, on both levels. on the image itself, and on your cleverness to put a spin on the image you created using the title of the contest. hey, if the judges picked you as a winner, that means they "got it", and those commenters who say you shouldnt have won...check and see if they entered and lost! sour grapes.
