Description
I shot this insect in my garden in Victoria, Australia. I have no idea what it is. If you can help me name the bug I would appreciate the information.

I've been brwosing your gallery and chose one (the silhouette) as a favourite ipmage, but in fact it implies to all your uploads. Superb wrok, even more because you manage to add an atmosphere which makes it more a photograph than a clinical scientific namegiving.

This is a superb image and a great introduction to your gallery! I have no idea what this bug it, but since it's probably distinctly Australian, it's probably something I'd only be able to see there anyway. I love the image, however, especially the sense of color and texture.
