Description
This image was inspired by the ForgeWorld supplement Imperial Armour 5:The Siege of Vraks that focuses on the stern and sinister Imperial Guard troops known as The Death Korp of Krieg.
*Krieg was laid waste when rebellion led to a 500 year campaign of atomic purging. The Death Korps now seek to make amends for their earlier heresy by martyring themselves to the Imperial cause. The
The Death Korps fights without fear of death, disdaining retreat and surrender. They excel in grinding their enemies down in battles of attrition, making extensive use of razorwire and entrenchment. Additionally, given the very nature of their scared and battered homeworld, the Death Korps are able to survive in the harshest radioactive and biologically corrosive battlefields.
Dour and stern individuals, each member of the Korps gives no thought to life, for having embraced the name of their legion, they are already dead...*

Man these Death Korp dudes are not to be messed with, given their background and tactics and Nukes won't work either...time to leave town ! Dark and brooding Warhammer scene, the dark colours really give a very ominous feel ! Well done & ~Cheers~ :o)
