Description

On Nov.4, 2007 my youngest daughter Michelle married the man of her dreams..His name, Chris. As she walked down the aisle her smile was radiant and her beautiful eyes danced as they gazed to her future husband. Her gown swayed with her body as she walked holding on to her Dad's arm, all eyes upon her. I turned and looked at Chris and he was grinning from ear to ear and his eyes sparkled with love...my own eyes tearing as I watched my daughter become a wife to a very wonderful young man. I dedicate this image to them. Blessing for a Marriage: BY: James Dillet Freeman May your marriage bring you all the exquisite excitement marriage should bring, and may life grant you also patience, tolerance, and understanding. May you always need one another - not so much to fill your emptiness as to help you to know your fullness. A mountain needs a valley to be complete; the valley does not make the mountain less, but more; and the valley is more a valley because it has a mountain towering over it. May you need one another, but not out of weakness. May you want one another, but not out of lack. May you entice one another, but not compel one another. May you embrace one another, but not out encircle one another. May you succeed in all important ways with one another, and not fail in the little graces. May you look for things to praise, often say, "I love you!" and take no notice of small faults. If you have quarrels that push you apart, may both of you hope to have good sense enough to take the first step back. May you enter into the mystery which is the awareness of one another's presence - no more physical than spiritual, warm and near when you are side by side, and warm and near when you are in separate rooms or even distant cities. May you have happiness, and may you find it making one another happy. May you have love, and may you find it loving one another.

Despite the sour ending to the day, I'm sure they will most remember the special wedding day with all their friends and family. The material objects will be replaced soon enough. Maybe the bad guys will get caught.. Anyway, excellent image and masterful work Marlene. Wonderful Dedi to the young couple and I wish them the best possible life ahead of them. Bravo and hugs from Dave :^)

This is BEAUTIFUL...what really struck me were the 6 trees in the background. The whole scene is beautifully composed, but those little guys back there just add so much more emotional mood...and the write up is a great addition too. Great work! Great color scheme chosen as well...I like the dreamy quality you've presented.
