It's that time of year, isn't it? I love Indian Corn. As a kid I tried so hard to find a way to cook this stuff. :-) I didn't know about grinding and it does make popcorn even if its not as big and fluffy as other corn grown for that purpose. Wonderful shot!

Wow, great details in this indian corn. Reminds me of when I was young in Michigan. I always wanted to eat some, but my dad wouldn't let me. Aloha nice job.
