Description

As I've been wandering around Puerto Vallarta, I've been discovering all kinds of places I've never seen before. This was down a stairway (a VERY steep stairway - more about those later in another post!!), and it just stopped me cold. It's exactly this color, I just brought out a few highlights. And the wires, yep, that's the way it's done here!!

Now THERE is a splash of color to brighten up a gray day in Dortmund! WOW...this is a fantastic capture, and I love the richness of EVERYTHING in it. There is detail, there is color, there's even a pervasive sense of real human activity and habitation. I love it. It's an excellent contrast to the more sterile and touristy "happy snaps" that often define Puerto Vallarta. This is a great glimpse into the other stuff that's there...the stuff you need to go down steep steps to find! I love this kind of stuff, no matter where it is. It just drips with humanity, even when there are no humans in the picture.

No wonder you love Mexico! You don't have to even bother with the conrast slider! This is fabulous. So cheerful! I love it.
