My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

Ahhhh, anything that cute can't be mean and ornery, can it? What a cute bunny and you did a great job of keeping your distance and still getting a good picture. I can see the headline now ...Attack Rabbit Charges Local Photographer.

LOL, I love what barb said, it's even better than your sneak shots!!! Cool foto, though, and they can be a little jumpy!!! LOL!! But I hear they taste just like chicken!! Sorry, sometimes I just can't help myself!!!

Love your sense of humour Tara...lol he is so cute! lovely shot
MrsLubner
The grain actually gives the rabbit's fur a nice texture. This is a lovely shot. So did you follow it and find it's hole? I hear if you enter his hole, you will end up in a very special place and maybe meet a young lady named Alice.

Got yourself a cute model. Love the strong colored grass and a fur stands out well. great shot.

No worries about the grain, Tara ... looks great for this shot. You did a magnificent job of getting such a sharp photo at this distance and hand-held. Bravo!

Great zoom! Grandma used to pay my brother and I a dollar a head to rid her garden of them. We'd chase 'em down and club 'em. Isn't that horrible! I think her wisdom, however, was channeling our young energy to get exercise.

he has that glint in his eye

Yup, it must have been a difficult shot and it turned out great. Cute as can be. :-)

I think Awjay's right, it's plotting an attack on someone's favourite flower border. Great capture.

Beautiful capture and scene excellent, sounds like a welsh name Caerbannog?.
JeffG7BRJ
I was just thinking the same as Aled, sounds Welsh that name. I hope you caught it Tara, you can try that recipe for Jugged Hare(I suppose Rabbit would do). Only joking folks. Mind you one of my sisters used to breed rabbits by the thousand for the French market. Great shot Tara, he/she doesn't look that bad, I hear they can give a nasty kick though. Bravo!!!!!
