Description

Another fuschia from Ann's beautiful garden. This one made me think of a helicopter. Perhaps it's dangling a rescue ladder? A water bucket for firefighting? Chocolate bars for weary photographers in distress? Sometimes my mind just runs away with me. ................ Okay. The Rabbit of Caerbannog. (My post from yesterday.) The Rabbit of Caerbannog guarded the cave in the movie "Monty Python and the Holy Grail." The sorcerer, Tim, described the rabbit: "It's the most foul, cruel and bad-tempered creature you ever laid eyes on!" If you've never seen that movie . . . never mind! I'll stop with the rabbit thing now. Have a nice weekend! :)

Fabulous clarity, colors, textures and POV in this amazing capture of the fuschia, with its helicopter blades, stamens and swizzle stick, Tara! Quite an exotic looking flower.

This is a marvelous fuchsia shot! One day, I'll tell you about the hundreds of shots I have discarded of my pale pink perennial fuchsia this year! This, in the lighting either you or God gave it is fabulous!

Yes please, I'll take the chocolate. And Monty Python ...no wonder I didn't catch on. My son and husband are huge Python fanatics and my daughter-in-law and I just roll our eyes and tolerate them. I do have to admit to having some favorite routines though, but obviously the rabbit scene isn't one of them.
