Having a little fun with exotic fruit at lunch time today. The pomegranite seeds remind me of a giant raspberry...

Great lighting and colors in this macro of the pomegranate seeds, but care must be taken because they stain unmercifully if squeezed. And, who is Persephone? I've heard of a telephone, iPhone, megaphone and cell phone, but never a persephone. Oh yeah, I remember now. She was the daughter of the gods Zeus and Demeter and was abducted by Hades to live with him in the underworld. How could I ever forget that?!
