I used Bryce 6 and DAZ Studio for this picture. The room is DAZ's Dream Home Great Room, with London Furniture and the Breakfast nook. I set up a custom sky in Bryce for the lighting, with the sun just behind the middle of the the 3 Breakfast Nook windows. I used Volumetric World, with a high Haze setting to achieve the light rays. I then worked on the figure, which is Victoria 4 with the Ultimate Ponytail and Morphing Starlet Dress, and a custom pose. I saved the figure as a seperate Bryce document, reloaded the Great Room, and merged the figure in, then rotated and scaled it appropriately. The resulting scene was too large for Bryce to save! I used high quality for the Volumetric World in the final render. It took about 8 hours to render at 1024x768 pixels.
