Description

This photo has a special significance to me as it was one of my very first with my new Nikon E8800 on an adventure with my friend, LizzyT, who has been most instrumental in introducing me to this joyous pastime.

The vignette was accomplished with a wide-angle lens without the necessary adapter tube. Only postwork was sizing, framing, and titling.

Ah yes David! I remember this. This came out amazingly well. We were shooting in the rain! This is when I figured out I could shoot regardless of the weather and get some fantastic results. Now I prefer to shoot in "bad" weather.

Wow! I used to go there with my family when I was 12-14 lol :) I'm pretty sure that I have scans from my Dad's slides from the same spot. Excellent capture! Thanks for the view David! Kurt
