Description

Avast ye bloody landlubbers and rascals! That would be Captain Jack Sparrow to ye, savvy? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Oh my..... a kind person on my Live Journal inspired me for this image and I have to admit it was a hard task! So.... that's my first try at Jack in a more close up view and without much clothes ;o) The texture's been edited by me and I'm actually really proud of it. Turned out beautiful imo. But it's up to you to tell me if ye like it or not. Lots of postwork on the hair as there's nothing available that would do Jack's hair justice. But it's still based on the corsair hair. Poser 7 D3, Pirate Pants (texture by me), Medusa - all Daz Postwork in PhotoImpact 12 Please let me know what you think of him - all your comments are highly appreciated! Spot on with Jack Sparrow!!! This must have taken ages. For me the water looks a little 'cartoonish' if you look closely, but still 5+++ for Jack - Aaaaarr!!

Picks jaw up off of floor WOW! Absolutely gorgeous! (and your work's nice, too ~_^ ). The skin texture turned out great! Love the scarring. Wonderful pose and I love the lighting. Excellent work!

Nice job, good likeness of him. The only thing I can see here that could use a little tweaking is the bending at the abdomen/chest area at the bottom of the ribcage. It looks like the mesh warped a little bit on the pose, but other than that, this image is well done and a very good likeness of Jack. ^_^

That is one dead on Jack Sparrow, and your attention to detail here definitely comes through. The tattoos and old wounds are an excellent touch, though I don't think his veins need to throb so much in some places (is that a bump map you added). Overall though, splendid work on this character!
