Just popped in and saw this. Nice one, Kort. I like this venture into photojournalism. The grain adds a wonderful feel and nostalgic look. Well done, my friend. Hope all is good with you. -M :^)

They have at least hope... The locomotive-drivers here in Germany came out on strike, and passenger are waiting in vain. Wonderful photo of everyday life there!

I like the triangular composition and the diagonal POV. The tone works well for the subject...could be an anywhen~

Pardon me boy, is this the Apalachee station? Yah, yah, track twenty nine, can I give you a shine? Hey, no where as crowded as LAX! Really relaxing to be at a train station in comparison. Fine candid shot, Kort. Can't you hear that whistle down the line?

...interesting photo in that the title leads one to stay and look longer than one might normally after a first glance -- the eye then visits each figure in turn - representing different stages of life -- things open up from there to see : inquisitive youth - attentive mom - grandmother solidly surveying the whole situation -- grandfather lost in his own thought --- they may be all related -- maybe not -- might be your own family - maybe not ---- but it illustrates that there are sometimes rewards for those who can get past the seeming ordinariness of a photo and ponder the scene....nice work , Kort.

She must see something up there. Nice candid capture. Aloha

The little girl makes the photo for me! She is delightful! It looks like perhaps Mom and Grandma with her? I suspect the man is Grandpa. They somehow seem to belong together. Perhaps because I see only the one pile of luggage. You could crop the little girl and post her as a separate photo!
