Description

Just a quick upload at the moment, will get another up later tonight (thank goodness Rendo time's ahead of us. :D) Here's where Christopher and I spent the night last night. Took lots...LOTS...of photos to share, and since I don't know how much time I'll have to render (and probably even if I do lol) this coming week, I'll be uploading them for you to see. Christopher's pack did the Live Aboard experience. Total blast, and it was lots of fun. Got to see lots of cool stuff and now so will you. I'll get more into it's history and stuff later, but it's currently berthed at the former Alameda Naval Air Station just outside of Oakland, CA. Back in a few hours with the next one. :D John

Very nicely framed! You get a great sense of the huge scale of this naval craft- nice exposure too! I never realized how many steel cables are used to anchor it to the dock- cool details!

Pretty shot. Ships, regardless which ships, are the most beautiful of mankind's inventions. Yep, my father is a Navy man giggle
