Description
I would love to share this fabulous Michael Salad with you! My dear friend Michael, one of the yummiest men on the planet, makes the most fabulous salads. No family dinner is complete without one of his gorgeous creations!
They're always a little different. No two salads are ever exactly the same. This one had greens, radishes, mushrooms, dried cranberries, raisins, red onion, avocado, tomato, candied pecans, artichoke hearts, baby corn, and . . . well, I'm sure I'm forgetting something. It was delicious!
I'm quite sure that at many gatherings yesterday everyone was all agog about the turkey and gravy. In our family, NOBODY skips the salad!! :)

Well, other than the candied pecans and baby corn, I'm sure that I would have wolfed down with vigor the delicious looking/sounding salad that your dear friend had concocted. In fact, it's a meal in itself! Needless to say, splendid clarity, and a vast myriad of colors depicted in this fine macro, Tara.

Tara pretty much got all the ingredients down...although I didn't use raisins...they were dried blueberries! I'm so glad I decided on the clear glass bowl for you to get this shot honey! ;) Michael (kiltnboots)
