Description

The last full day I was in Mexico, there was a big parade thru town. November 20 is a holiday, and is an important day there, a revolution of some sort ocuurred then, I think. I was just heading to the market when I ran right into this event. This woman was moving so fast I had a hard time capturing her, but I love her dress. She seemed to love dancing!!! I'm back in California, but can't get my laptop to connect with my friend's wireless system. That means I can do postwork, but can't upload them. So this is pretty much just as you see it, the people, the action, the dance!!

you got the dance well here. need to get one of those little things you plug into your computor and down load your images onto them ansd then you go and plug into your friend computor and upload the images. Forgot what they called but it like a mini harddrive that you plug into USG plugs [hope I say it right] You can buy them for $20 or more

This is an utterly captivating shot...I love the pronounced sense of movement and the vibrant colors here. She makes what she's doing look easy which pretty much means it's an impossible thing to do! Great work here, especially with the capture of vibrancy. Definitely a piece worth multiple viewings.

As soon as I saw this, I was reminded of David Bowie singing a duet with Mick Jagger, "Dancing in the streets", of course! I just love the flow of the material, lucky capture.
