Description
I can tell you exactly how I got that stark, white background on this one. That's what the sky looks like here at this time of year. I just pointed my camera up, and pushed the button. I imagine it's hard to believe if you've never spent a winter in a rainy climate, but the sky is often totally white and featureless like this. There's no sense in waiting for better light, or for the cloud to pass. This is just how it is. (Maybe that's why I like high-key work so much - it looks perfectly normal to me!) :)

Our sky tends to be gray overcast rather than white so there are times I'll trade for yours. Nice autumn leaves you have.

This is SO very beautiful! And I can tell from the reflection on the leaves that this is an outdoor shot. We have the same skies in Sweden.
