Description

these animals are called prairie dogs because of their warning call which sounds like a dogs bark. they live in "towns" consisting of 1 male and as many as 4 females. they greet each other with a sort of kiss. they live in a tunnel sysytem and have up to 4 pups every year. thanks for your kind comments and hope you enjoy this image as much as i do.

Nice shot - but i dont think their bark can be called a dogs... it is more like a large mouse "bark" - really cute to watch them do it tho, especially when there are more than one doing it - they do it in quick succession and stand up whilst doing it - almost comical! :) Great detail and a nice clean background to make the guy pop. A little dark on the hands and shaded areas i would have to say and i would recommend using JPG, as the colour doppling or whatever the technical term for it is a bit noticeable esp on the food...
