Description
Wanted to come up with a idea for a dedication to my good friend Steve (Stevey3d)
Steve is simply amazing when it comes to his art, and puts out some of the most detailed and beautiful images you will ever see. More important than that is he really is a wonderful family man and supportive friend. This image is for him but I have a feeling he won't mind me asking you to keep David ( Altec101 ) in your thoughts as he is a important friend to him also.
BIG AIR STEVE: Trying to picture what Steve must have done when he was young this idea crept into my head since I know he loves 3D, Motorcycles and fast cars. I came up with Steve sneaking into The Freight Yards (which Richabri did a marvelous job on) and moving boxes and pallets around to see how many barrels he can jump. By the way Steve I thought you could use some fans in the background cheering you on and I wasn't sure if you had a little brother and sister so I decided Veronica & I would adopt you as our brother and cheer our hearts out for you. LOL
Thanks so much for looking, and hope I can bring a smile or two for my friends,
Dave

A fantastic dedication for a great guy. Very insightful thinking Dave..as i would assume it brings Steve back in time. A precious gift you have given him..a moment in time for him to reflect upon.

Woah, this is a huge jump! I do things like this when I was a child, always get the way to return home with bruises and bumps all over, this can also explain why I grow up with this silly crazy brain! EXCELLENT ART DAVE!

This is a great looking picture, Dave! I remember doing the exact same thing when I was about ten years old, with my banana seat bike from the 1970's. There was some construction going on in a lot near our house, with big piles of dirt every where, just perfect for jumping over. Unfortunately, while getting some big air over one of these dirt mounds, my front tire popped off my bike (I had just fixed a flat that day), and I wound up at the bottom of the mound with a bunch of my friends and their bikes on top of me. Not the most fun day in memory, but a good life lesson: always tighten the bolts before you go jumping your bike!

Wonderful image! I'm a little concerned about the bit of the exit ramp sticking up and his rear tire, but I'm sure with his consummate skill and enthusiastic fans, he'll make it fine. Wonderful detail, composition and shadows. Very fun and joyous expressions. They add excited emotion to the scene. Your classic bowing adds perfect playfulness! I had fun reading what others said about their daring do. I was pretty happy if my bike stay on the ground, moved when I said move, and stopped when I said stop. Once I had a shoulder purse slip off of my shoulder and into my front wheel spokes. The bike stopped dead and I didn't but went shooting none to gracefully over the handle bars. My friend reacted pretty much as Steve's friends did.

Very beautiful picture to remember Steve! Bella also because, while practicing his favorite game, you have not left alone, but you have participated, albeit it virtually, along with Veronica. I think Steve should be proud of this memory!
