Description
December the 24th, 2084 AD, at 23H 20 UT, looking East from the equator of Mars, the Sun is rising.
Just above the Sun are Venus and Mercury, far above are Phobos, left and Earth, right. Earth is slightly brighter than Phobos but less than Venus, though venus is in the Sun's glow.
Vue5, Photoshop and Starry Night softwares. This software allows any modelisation of the sky from any location. I believe this is the only December 24, between 2040 and 2088 and around 24H UT, when Earth will appear this close to the Sun from Mars.
In general, I find Vue5 outputs a little "flat" but I 'll try to composite them in Lightwave in the future.
And Hello to the ancients, especially the old folk that play the guitar in Canada.

If you've ever visited my gallery, you know I'm a huge Mars fan. So I'm a real sucker for a Martian picture like this. Great job. I especially am pleased with the sky stuff and your explanation so we realize the significance of it.
