Description
Here's another shot of the Swans I got yesterday at Maple Lake - the lake is just starting to freeze over so there is water in places, and .. ice. There were about 30 swans there; in about 3 different groups, huddled together. The storm is now over; I'm not sure how much snow we got. But, there is a pretty blanket of white out there this morning -- kinda pretty. :)

This reminds me of the Ostrich, they bury their head in the sand, the Swan buries theirs under their wing. No snow here yet but last night we had a lot of hailstone, then rain most of the night, my pond has overflowed, I have had to go out and drain some water off. Another great shot and again great postwork. Don't the Swans fly South for the winter? like most other birds. Bravo!!!!!

Now that looks nasty cold. I hope the swans don't feel it the same way I would. Your storm is going to hit us today. Normally I like leftovers but I could do without them in this case.
