Description
Something I did a week ago or so. Don't really like it, but post it today to say I'm back. I had a great weekend although it was quite strenuous. And now the ebots are waiting... they will have to wait a bit longer I'm afraid. Must have a bath and a nip first ;-)

Excellent render. I like the atmosphere. Well done. Only one small quibble. The arm closest to the viewer looks squished around the bicep area.

This is quite an elegant work of art... I especially love the amount of detailing that went into this, in the background view outside of the windows as well as the interior of this sensuously appointed room. Great work all around and I love the mood you've captured/created as well!

Welcome back! I for one like this one, even though I agree with those above on the bi-cep/shoulder, and I would have liked to see a little more depth to the wall panels (perhaps multiply the texture in the materials room to make it black and white and then feed that into the displacement plug). I think the title is quite apt, as the heavy bars on the window and the luxurious yet sparse and impersonal house get across the feel of a "gilded cage" quite well.
