Description

Heigh Ho, heigh Ho, through rain and floods we go! Well, this year's tree, (Noble Fir, my favourite) is now safely installed in a bucket of nice fresh rainwater, no less, and is drying out a bit in the garden shed. I love that it was tied onto my car below a great rainbow! My inground pool seems to be all 'shallow end' so as long as this year's investment in bulbs is not wasted, (by drowning), we'll be ok! Thanks for your visit and any comments..... Stay safe folks. We are advised that this will be the worst winter in 25 years, and it sure got started with a bang, didn't it?

Uh oh, batten down the hatches, mateys, I see, feel and smell a storm abrewin! Beside the auto and background, a terrific POV employed and sharp clarity in this fine capture of the multi-tiered layers of fir on this noble tree, Chris!

But the hint of rainbow in the corner is such a special sight on that special occassion of choosing a seasonal tree. It gives such hope and lifts the spirits - makes he holiday truly heartfelt. This shot brings back memories of many years ago.
