Description

alhak had some photos for us to guess what it was. The last image alhak showed us what it was. A sugar cane cutter. here is the link http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=1573419&member. here one that is in action. I did took many shots and this is one of the best ones that came out. This one do not have tires like alhak but treads like a tank. I got that shot as it traves close to me going to the other side of the field. I did crop it for I rested the camera on top my truck roof and the lower part of the photo was my roof top lol But I thought I needed to act fast so I did not use a tripod; live and learn. thanks for looking and comments

Awesome shot, Jocko! When I was growing up we had cousins who lived on a farm in Michigan. They had a machine called a "Combine" that looked very similar and harvested corn, I think. It was many years ago.

In Belle Glade they flood the fields first and then burn them like ancient Absalom to remove the leaves. I know sugar beets. My Cuban girlfriend is my only defense in the aggressive market.
