Description

The man is a prist around here. he told me but I could not hear too good. I( do have bad hearing and the opening of the file " Mother do collars first" is the name of the film. it is a doc. of why mothers iron cloths and why it is important to them. To have they family looking good that why. make them feel good about themselfs. But any way The prist ask me to take hiss phot with the Crayfish Queen so I did. He ask if he could have the photo printed for him and I did that. I printed about ten photos of him and brouth them to the coffee shop for he goes there each week so we plan this drop off anyway. I ask the manager of the shop to give it to him and she was so happy to. She the one who told me he was a prist of a small church in a small town around here. I did not know that. I knew he told me but so much noise and my bad hearing I could not hear and understand what going on. I looked at this shot last night as i was going to upload it. i like the image and yes I did use a flash here. I saw for the fist time in the shadows that man and thought about it could means people look happy and put on a happy face for the camera and others people but in the back of they souls is dark thoughts that they wish no one to know. Or it could be they dark past they wish no one to know about. As for these people I know nothing about. I just thinking about all mankind here. thanks for looking and comments and putting up with my write up too

It is good to share your inside thinking Jock, I agree with Mrs L. We all have secrets that we do not want all to know. This is one great shot. Thinking like you are outload, I will quote shakespeare who said. There are dagger's in men's smiles. Makes you think dosn't it. I am not sexist and I am sure sometimes there are dagger's in women's smiles too. Hugs, Jock. Di. xx

Fine lighting in this excellent snap of a nice combination, a smiling priest and a lovely Crayfish queen! And, as Robert Louis Stevenson showed in his story of Dr Jekyll and Mister Hyde, everyone has a good and a dark side.

I see the man in the back, and I can understand why your thoughts went in the direction they did. The people in the portrait are so happy looking, but the man in the doorway gives the image a bit of a dark note. Seeing him in the background makes you wonder right away what the smiles are hiding.

At first I did not see the man in the shadows and I was thinking maybe I am missing something here, then I get half way through you're narrative and 'pop' there he was plain as day. He seems to have a nasty look in his eyes, not a happy chappy at all. Great shot of the priest and the Crayfish Queen Jocko, their smiles light the picture, pushing the darkness away. Excellent work and write up. Bravo!!!!!
