Description

alhak had some photos for us to guess what it was. The last image alhak showed us what it was. A sugar cane cutter. here is the link http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=1573419&member. here one that is in action. I did took many shots and this is one of the best ones that came out. This one do not have tires like alhak but treads like a tank. I got that shot as it traves close to me going to the other side of the field. I did crop it for I rested the camera on top my truck roof and the lower part of the photo was my roof top lol But I thought I needed to act fast so I did not use a tripod; live and learn. thanks for looking and comments

Cool capture Jocko, Sue will love it, you'll have to get their attention and then they may let you get closer, I find a cool beer goes down a treat, especially when its hot and dusty work. Excellent work. Bravo!!!!!

excellent work Jock.seen plenty down around Houston.can you imagine working in the fields from daybreak to past dark cutting by hand and hauling the stalks on your shoulder for very little pay. I know you are still climbing ladders but back when I was doing it daily, I was thinking it sure was hard work.but working in the hot fields with no shade was far harder than any painting job

Oh, so that's how they do it these days! I thought they still used people with machetes. Good POV and textures in this shot, Jock. Incidentally, as for accordions or squeeze boxes, there are four main types that I could find: concertina, bandneon, melodeon, and flutina. I don't know which kind your friend in the band uses.
