Description

Thanks to Mrs. Lubner I now know what kind of flower this is. She said it is also known as a Bachelor Button. I planted these last Spring and they bloomed throughout the Summer. I had a couple different shades of blue/purple. I just cropped and framed this one. Thank you for commenting on "Giant Santa" . He was a pretty neat find; and I was so Happy I had my camera with me. I usually see these things the day I walk out without the camera. Have a Fabulous Friday! (I am still baking!) ~HUGS~

Well, since I'm now a bachelor, I might as well start wearing this lovely little flower in my lapel or pinned to my shirt. Terrific clarity, colors, textures and lighting in this glorious macro, along with the spectacular framework, Melinda!
