Description
This image really turned out much better than I had hoped. Westminster station really is nice. It's huge inside and I think must extend at least 8 stories below ground!
There was no toning done here simply the chosen White balance in PS DNG and I hit up the contrast and curves.
The editing that I did really pleased me because I like to get as much out of a shot from the actual shot and not playing around afterwards. To be honest I can't sit and fiddle, fiddle, fiddle around for hours on one shot, I'm just not that type of person. Yes I think that some people that do it can make their shots look unbelievable in the end. But for me, I feel like I'm cheating myself. Making a beauty model out of an FBI agent of sorts.
I'd like feed back in terms of what connection you get from the shots in this series. I'm not really interested it who thinks I should've focused on where and what angle I should've shot from. I want to know how the picture is viewed in your eyes, what does it make you feel?
If you're going to vote, please vote honestly not just this 5 5 5 stuff, pretty please.
Thanx and happy viewing

First off, for a hand held shot, its very sharp! I love the color tones in this. Kind of reminds me of working graveyard shift at Boeing long ago. Its calm yet eerie and very cold looking. Something sinister about it, and thats why I love it. Well done..

again vera you`ve managed to capture an image in such a busy place like the underground with no people which i think is a fete in itself.as for what i feel looking at this is that it looks very sterile ,very cold and like night gallery says a little sinister mick

This sure does make you feel like you are deep in the ground. A good pov but it sure feels moody.

Dark spookie feeling, but a way you composed this shot, I can see a handrail what gives me a security I will make it up there no matter what.

Love the cant et angle. 10 mm is a killer. great tone, what's possibly missing is me in my armani posing with boss glasses... and that would become a movie poster :) Great work vera

Amazing shot, Vera. Soo good... This is a master series, as Jerome says. This image looks almost like a scene from the PC shooter game 'Unreal Tournament'... Now where's the enemy..? ;o)
