Description

I do not have to be at the hospital till 7:30. my son had to go home for some things to do. My daugther in law and baby be at the hospital till Friday. The coffee shop close at 700 pm so here I is here. I just posted a photo of my grandson and family and you wonder why I post this sad image of toys that been in a old broken down warehouse. I seen it rain in there and the place is flooded. I going to go in one day to take photos as it rain hard. As the water come down thought the holes in the roof. Any way I know a lot of people think of the past Christmass and they miss the people that is not there anymore. The family members that moved on or die. The friends that come and go in our lives. the childrood friends that was close as can be but when school out they gone; never to return. We think of these things and get down at time. But then at the present take us to where we at now we enjoy the people we know now and can talk to them. Thanks for comments and understanding Oh The tree isw in the upper right corner. it been there too. I do not move stuff around but leave it as is. that about 99.9% of the time. I do move stuff .1% of the time

First of Jocko, we don't think you are 'sicko'. This is a very moving image and taken with your words, that are very profound, nobody would think you were. I lost my first grandchild just before Christmas, we actually buried him on Christmas Eve, he would have been 21 years old now. This image reminds me of that time, of the presents he never got to open; he was only three months old. Like you say, we have to take time to remember the past and be grateful for the present. I think this is an excellent capture, not of a sick mind but of a sensitive one. I admire you Jocko, you say it as it is, no frills. Excellent work. Bravo!!!!!

A deeply powerful and moving image, Jock. Nothing sick about it. It is a trigger to time and deep memory. I hope that this Christmas can be a happy one for you. Outstanding work and thoughts. Hugs. Di. xx

Sad but very necessary, to remind us of what was and what has gone by. I am sure that these toys did bring happiness at the time, unfortunately, material things are never forever. Excellent capture Jock.

Stuff like this holds a strange fascination for me, as well. I don't think I am sick, and I don't think you are either. I like to imagine what child may have gotten this toy, and how it came to be here...I do that all the time. I like this alot.

Wow, this photo says so much to me. About the waste when there are so many in need, about the ones that are gone before us, about the friends that have moved on .. a sad photo, but I think a very timely photo.
