Excellent depth of field and the light is stunning. Is the hair made of a photo? I'm just curious. Very lifelike! ~Sassy~

hi, the hair is from a photo, as is the right eye, part of the nose, and the corners of the mouth. thus it being called a composit. =)

Hi, one other thing. I cheated with the depth of field, i used poser for the gun and arm, but the background i rendered sepratly and aded a slight gausian blur to crerate the right effect. The hair is real, and parts of the face are real , but funny enough , not from the same girl, the right eye & hair is from my friend melissa, and the mouth corners, which are so transparent you can barly tell are from another girl. The skin, i also cheated a bit, i flatened a layer with a persons forhead to the layer with her face in it, and cloned some of the skin textrure over the 3d model to give it the real sheen and skin bumps, then deleted the peace I used as a sorce. All in all it was fun, but way too much work, i think next time i will not try to layer clone skin over the 3d model, but find an easyer way.

Outstanding !!

That is quite good. I think the hair is really good. Her expression is right on. She is not someone that wouldn't 'have it in her' if she needed to kill someone in her way.
Lizn
very realistic render, almost a photograph!

When you mentioned "composite" I take it you meant her being a real photo? The bacground I would believe is CGI. With her it is more complicated. She looks absolutely real. From the broken hair to the small hairs on her hand. If she really is CGI, then my not believing is a compliment, I think.
wingnut55
excellent if it really is poser, and very good if not. she looks like she means it !
