Description

"Cajun Country Swamp Tours" name of the tours and they are 2 hours long at $20 adults plues they are at appointment. Cell phone 337-319-0010 WWW. cajuncountryswamptours.com I got one more of the tour boats photos I like to post. thanks for comments and all. I know they was underexposed but this is the first time I shot into the sun like this. I had to get into the shadow of that big tree you see the sun light going around it. I keep playing with the speed and f stops but was not doing too good. I put it on auto and it was too dark then. I did not have my sun block on and I did have a polarization filter I bought and was trying it out[cost me $75 lol]. as you see the glare of the sun is still there and I did turn the filther in diff places. here you see the size of the land I had a closer shot of them as I put my 2x thing on my 135mm lens. I just can not make up my mind which to post. They both is good. I will post one that you see what the 2x thing on the lens do tomorrow. guess I could have put the iso down to 200 or 100 even here. I do that next time I there with the sun like this. Just learning about all this stuff you know.

Nice shot of what swamps really look like. I don't do many shots with distance into the sun but for the close ones I use a flash and sometimes it helps. thanx for the share. ;-)

I don't think I would be standing up and moving around out there in that little boat. I just really love how the light, lights up the moss. Another interesting swamp scene.

This is better than the first shot. It's hard to shoot into the sun this way. Reading the manual over and over and reading tutorials and practicing all the time is what you have to go through and before long you won't believe the difference. Good luck and have fun with it, Jock!!
