This is wonderful, I LOVE the colours and the movement of her skirt, you can tell it is a windy spot high up that she is sitting on. Wonderful work.

A windswept, pensive beauty in her two-toned wings, more mysteriously compelling than most solid tones or variegated patterns. Those subtle dawn colors frame her face without drawing initial attention to themselves. Astonishing effects and entirely lovely, down to her skirt! fave'd I normally don't note spelling, but I have to wonder about whether you meant "angel" ... or (as I'd like to see her) she's a member of a winged race in a "real" world, presenting her attractive angular features and body against the rising sun.

Thanks to everyone for all the comments! They are very appreciated. Also thanks to Greybird for the 'Angle' mixup. I've looked at that title a bunch of times and never noticed it :)
