Hi folks,so you made it to my appearance here at renderosity, enjoy browsing my image gallery or send me questions about an image or technique... you may also visit my website www.hartmann-graphics.com (under heavy construction for months)
BIO
Some facts about me: I'm born in 1980, married, I have two wonderful children, my son Erik (2005) an my daugher Lara (2006), I live in Germany and currently my job is "just" being father (not as easy as it sounds ;-) My skills in 3D art just developed sporadicly, so for some months I haven't spent a minute with them over the past years, but it's my main hobby beside astronomy and my family of course...
I am using Bryce as a wonderful creativity tool since 1997.

well done excellent render i would have lessend the angle slightly but its what you want that counts

Thanks for your comments (also at my last days images!), I've chosen this perspective to keep focused on the shed and its content, a night sky would distract too much in this case, maybe in a scond image ;)

This is a really great detailed render. I especially like the inset block showing another perspective and view. Super composition.

Yep, me too. This image is probably the closest I'll ever get, so thank you for the terrific render.

Is this your rig? Its certainly a nice setup for imaging.

Thank for all your comments. @gchuck: I wish it were ;) Currently I observe with an 8" dobsonian, a 4,5" f/4,4 newton, a 4,5" f/7,8 newton and a 3" mini-dobsonian I build myself out of a cheap telescope ;)

Great POV in this one, looks like a great place to go stargazing. Tony :-)

Nice idea. It reminds me of the times when I stood in the garden at night with my 3" refractor looking at the rings of Saturn. Those were the days(nights)... cold though!
