Description

on the day i try giving up smoking a very good morning to you :o) yesterday i tried cutting cigarettes out through the daytime and last night from 6 pm till i went to bed had only three .i made myself sit in the living room where i can`nt smoke which helped also i had a rotten headache ,so if i did`nt get round to you i`m sorry i will catch up today :o).. this is the last one of the night shots taken from exactly the same place as the first i just turned the camera round to the left .it is of the princess diana bridge .there is a day shot of this bridge in my gallery taken from the other side of the river . thanks as always for your support and comments my friends and thanks for your support in helping me to give up smoking i feel i`m gonna need it :o) mick

Persevere Mick, I was lucky, it didn't bother me at all when I gave up, I went from 25 to 30 cigars a day to nothing and have not smoked for twenty years now, and I used to inhale with every drag. I did save a small fortune by the way. Another excellent night shot with great reflactions from the Tees. Bravo!!!!!

You need to quit smoking one hour at a time. Looking any further ahead than that is discouraging. My shrink was a great help in talking me through that one. I also had psycho-meds to take the edge off but I think they only made my breath bad - or purhaps I was smelling it for the first time through the nicotine... LOL Don't give up. I know for a fact you can do it if you want it bad enough. Great shot BTW
