Description

Well...How to start ? That's a picture from an "old" shoot with Kyla. I was reviewing my archives and stumble upon this one. Again, Kyla's eyes are sucking you directly into the picture. During the shoot, we've tried some "artistic" moves playing with expressions, composition, etc. I'm not very fond of "cold" fashion images. The kind of pictures looking at you with disdain saying : Hey buddy! your life s*cks. Mine is better than yours. But in this case: adding a "special" composition adds a "plus" to the picture (IMHO). I must confess the picture (in this case) was "heavily" retouched to achieve a "perfectly cold fashion look". I can post a before / after version for members who are interested. I hope you will enjoy the picture and of course comments are welcome.

I for one would very much like to see the before image. I will admitt right up front, I like her smiling photo's waaaayyy better the the image above. She seems so unfriendly and unapproachable compared to the "In bed" series where she seems to be saying come and talk. I'm sure that is in very large part to the way you do photo sessions.
