I use Daz|Studio, Poser, Bryce, Vue, Carrara, Strata 3D CX, Photoshop, Illustrator and a few others.
I have been involved with art, design and photography from Art Student to Art Director - although the student very much remains and should always remain - there is always so much to learn.

Reminds me of Broadsword:-) When I was a child one of my fantasy's was to be a pirate, lol! A Materpiece again Peter... Have you ever done something which wasn't a master piece? :) A real oldfashioned sea battle. Stunning details. Im amazed how good you are at making the explotions look real. The watersplashes from the cannonballs too... amazing work.

hi ,thanks for your comment on my seals,I was wondering how do you do this image?,you put 3d obj,in vue,and then you used photoshop? I only got Daz Studio and gimp,because they are free,and what I do is just a hobby,but I really want to konw what are the steps you take, when you create one of this beautiful artworks,thanks

Just out doing a little gallery visiting. This render seemed to jump right off the screen to me. I don't have any experience with the digital mechanics used to create this scene but all that aside, I like this a lot. Also like your point that your aim was to emulate 19th Century naval art...beautiful job. Adding to my favs as a good example of what can be done using Bryce. Bill
