Description

a very good morning to you all :o) well at least the winds have died down now. the last 24 hours has been horrendous . this shot was taken on a very steep bank that leads up to the richmond castle walk .you start the walk on the pathway to left which then takes you all the way round the outside of the ruins .i`ll put some history up tomorrow of the castle and richmond .this particular spot where i took this from is quite a popular spot for taking pics .i`ve noticed quite a few similar ones kicking about on the net. oops i did`nt see that bit of june bottom right :o) have a great weekend my friends and thanks for looking :o) mick

This is a great shot with a terrific POV, I can see why its a popular shot. Will be interesting to view some more of the castle and I look forward to reading any info you have. Just a slight dusting of Snow here, we missed the heavy fall that was forecast.

Well Junes shoulder does not distract from the overall view Mick, it's not like she was wearing bright clothing. Why do we always choose dark clothes in the winter? Looks like a great place Richmond, I didn't know it had a castle Mick. I see from the news they closed the A66 from Scotch corner going over to the West, ours isn't so bad down in the town, but I can imagine the A58 over the Pennines is quite bad. Excellent capture, look forward to more from there. Bravo!!!!!
