morning all on this very windy start to the day(an understatement on windy). time for a sit down as there is only so many i can show of the falls even though there is a few more .this as most of you know is june my wife and youngest grandaughter ashleigh taking a break from the walk along the river . have a great friday my friends and thanks for the continued support :o)..its the nearly the weekend fred mick

Really nice family picture Mick. Its good to here that you are sticking to it Mick. I think its quite a common withdrawl symptom that your lungs will be reacting like that. Could be a rough ride for next couple of weeks though, I think you are doing brilliantly!

Keep up the resolve Mick, get that gunge of your chest you will feel like a new man, your food will start to taste different as well and your sense of smell will also get better. 'Bin there don that sold the t shirt' twice. Excellent portrait of two of the loves in your life, I can just make out your reflection in Junes glasses as well. Bravo!!!!!

Oh, Mick! What a lucky man you are! Such a beautiful couple of girls. June has the face of an angel - so loving and warm - and that grand daughter is what was meant when the word JOY was invented. Ah...but I see June is quite lucky too for the goodness of the man in her life - look a the sparkles on her ring finger!
