Description

2 elephants(same pose)all the buildings are the same, even all the stars, trees, mountains and water are the same.. someone thought my last piece of art(Good friends) was crap and said all of you who comment were spineless for telling me otherwise...they even told me i should do it over the way they wanted it..then they said they were my friend for telling me these things instead of lying like the rest. I understand why they didnt like the piece of art,Thats O.K,they explained that very well, i am AMAZED that someone would call my friends spineless for having an opinion (that wasnt the same as theirs). Critical comment or insult???? get over it! This was fun!I love elephants!

i guess they are allowed their comments just like us. [i happened to be one of the spinless ones who thought that portrait was great], but when they start commenting on our comments, thats being critical in my book. they can critique your work, your good freinds, but there is no box for critiquing my comment, so yeah, get over it "freinds". by the way, this is just as exceptional as the portrait. original, busy (good busy), and a keeper.

Well Bill, beauty is in the eye of the beholder so they say, and anyone can be a critic, that's so damn easy! I think anyone who has been fortunate to have viewed some of your incredible images knows that you have incredible talent, and that you are never afraid to try anything new and different. I didn't see the image you're referring to yet, but I think the comment was uncalled for and came from someone who is bitter and judgemental. Possibly even jealous! Your friends have every right to appreciate your art, and to enjoy it and comment in any way they choose. That criticism certainly was an insult to them and to you, and made in very poor taste! I would never make that person a friend, favorite artist or even view their work... Love this surrealistic work, by the way!

Im not understanding this is an amazing work of art and as for insults the only one I can think to make is "Why wont you tell me how you did this?" This is outstanding and brings me back to my childhood. I see in this piece stuff that Ive seen as a child in materails, painted lamps, those plates people would have hanging on walls or stanind on tables. And once again this could be a poster for an old HollyWood movie. I could see this one being used as a poster for that old movie Gunga Din staring Cary Grant and Douglas fairbanks. Please tell more of the creative process used here. Hats off to ya and staying off after this one.
