Description

Inspired by a trip to the country this weekend, I made this late winter impression. February used to be quite cold in my country, now it's almost like we are expecting spring to be here soon ;) The fields are wet, not from melting snow but from lots of rain... Vue 5 Infinite render, trees & vegetation my design. The partially flooded furrows are strictly terrain work. Some of the buildings are by "zippy" - thanks! Corrections to colours/levels with Photoshop. Thanks for taking a look, comments etc. very much welcome and appreciated. Have a nice day - Lars

Oh my gosh! This is really super. Your terrain sculpting and eco distribution is sooooo perfect. It brings such a strong touch to realism to this. This is absolutely perfect work. Awesome. 5 I am going to have to add this to my fav images list.

This reminds me of sloshing through the fields hoping my shoes stayed on….Great render & composition.

Sheer genius! As you know (having commented on my latest attempt) I have been trying desperately to create realistic trees within Bryce. The two tall, naked trees in the centre of this piece are absolute perfection. It looks like I am working with the wrong program! I have seen many other renders in Vue and most (in my opinion) do not close to the naturalistic realism that your work displays. Do you think it is possible for most artists to achieve realistic flora in Vue, or is it a matter of buying the right add-ons and pre-made products? Where can one go to learn more about Vue?

Wow, all your work is incredible, and this one is no exception. You've thought of every detail and the lighting on the tree trunks, the reflection in the water, it's all perfect. This is the sort of quality art that I would purchase and hang on my wall. Beautiful job!
