I have tried and tried to get close enough to get one of these. We have several who sit around the yard but as soon as I walk out of the door they take off. They sing so beautifully! This is a marvelous capture and it shows off the muscular shoulders to well.

Excellent capture! You seem to have a way with the wild birds in your area. I don't think we have Mockingbirds here, and I am happy to see what one looks like. Excellent capture, as always. ;o)
