Description

Thanks for looking... Something a bit different... been playing around in Vue6i Some elements from Monsoon's "SeaVue" and "Postcards from the Rim" products. Ship is "Medusa" from DAZ. The waves were postworked with Ron's Splashes, Spashes 2 and I added some fog from Rons Fog as well. Thanks to everyone who commented and fav'ed earlier work. As always your comments and constructive criticism are appreciated. Edit: About the title... this image was supposed to be called "Sailing Under Strange Skys" but for some reason I kept thinking of it as "Sailing Under Strange Seas" - to the point where I didn't realise I'd misnamed the caption, the file and the Renderosity posting... So 'Seas' it is. When a picture simply demands a certian name one resists at one's peril. What matter that it make sense or not?

In Zelazny's "Creatures of Light and Darkness" it was a planet which had a outer shell of sea and another sea under that sea. So sailing under strange seas is not that impossible :) Thank you.
